On 28 August 2017, at our site in L’Aigle, we rolled out 100% automated traceability for our straws. This traceability system is the result of more than a year’s work involving all IMV’s departments.
Thanks to the new Data Matrix code printed on straw sachets, our products are now digitally traceable, from sourcing raw materials through to delivering the end product to our clients.
The challenges we faced:
